Brenda Johnson, BSN, RN, LNC
Sustainable Legal Nurse Consulting is owned and operated by Brenda Johnson. With 10 years of bedside nursing experience spread throughout multiple specialties, she effectively leads her team in collaborating with attorneys on their personal injury, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice cases. Proactive in building a sustainable, trusting, and engaging relationship between the legal nurse consultant and attorney client is at the forefront of Sustainable Legal Nurse Consulting's process and call to action, all to better patient/client outcomes.
Brenda was born and raised in South Texas and started her nursing career in 2013. She now resides on the Tallgrass Prairie in Oklahoma with her cowboy husband Grant, border collies Jolene and Maddie, horses, and chickens. Brenda enjoys cooking traditional Mexican meals, dance fitness, gardening, fishing, and watching medical/true crime shows.

No. Our legal nurse consultants are behind the scenes only. Our work products are confidential and provided for your education of the facts contained in the medical chart. With our analysis, you are prepared with the information you need to accept or reject a case, negotiate higher settlements, or win in court. However, expert witness locating is a service we provide.
How much does it cost to hire a legal nurse consultant?
Cost is based on type of case, number of medical records, and service requested. We provide you with an estimate of cost prior to starting any case work, that way you know the charges up front.
